Warranty when bought online
No marketplace or unauthorized-seller language found. smartcentralvacuums.com/warranty states the warranty applies to 'All Smart units manufactured as of September 2024 by Les Industries Trovac': Smart 400/500 and 800/1000 motors and electrical components 5 years parts / 1 year labor, plus a limited lifetime warranty on the unit canister (original owner, original installation site). The Oct 2025 manual requires the original invoice / proof of purchase, repairs by an authorized Smart service center with original Smart or Trovac parts, genuine Smart bags, and says 'warranty may vary depending on country'. Warranty terms for pre-Sept-2024 (Nuera Air-era) SMP400 units were not found.
