About CentralVacuums.co

CentralVacuums.co exists because buying a central vacuum is harder than it should be. The specs are inconsistent, the compatibility rules are unwritten, and most advice online is either a store or a thin list. We wanted one place that explains the whole system, from the power unit to the last fitting, and tells you plainly what fits your house.

Who we are

The site is edited by the CentralVacuums.co editorial team and technically reviewed by a working central vacuum installer. (EDITOR: add the named author, credentials and photo before launch.)

How we work

• Specs come from manufacturer spec sheets and manuals first. Every product page says how well its numbers were verified.
• We earn commissions on some links, disclosed on every page. Commissions never decide what we recommend. See our affiliate disclosure.
• We publish what we do not know. A spec the maker has not published is listed as not published, not guessed.
• Negative verdicts are part of the job. Some units are best skipped, and we say so.
