Drainvac

Warranty when bought online

No statement about online marketplaces, Amazon, or unauthorized sellers appears on the warranty/registration page. Stated conditions: keep all receipts/proof of purchase (if they cannot be produced, 'the warranty period will be determined by the product's manufacture date'); registration 'serves as proof of purchase' and Metal MP Inc. 'reserves the right to limit this warranty if the product is not registered' (MP-AIR terms); warranty does not apply if a repair was made by an unauthorized Drainvac retailer; labor coverage only at an authorized Drainvac dealer or plant; shipping/travel at customer's expense. Drainvac's site has no direct online store (it uses a Find-a-Retailer locator and describes a distributor network in 20+ countries), but the company itself appears to sell on Amazon via the 'Drainvac Store' (seller 'Metal MP'), hence salesChannel 'both'.
