Warranty when bought online

The manual's warranty does say: proof of purchase (original invoice) is required for any claim; all warranty repairs must be done by an authorized Beam service center using original Beam or Trovac parts or the warranty may be voided; installation not meeting specified norms can invalidate the warranty; the warranty is non-transferable and the dealer may charge for in-home service. beamvac.com states that only Beam units manufactured as of September 2024 by Les Industries Trovac are covered by the manufacturer's warranty (earlier units fall under prior-owner terms). Site sells via 'Find a dealer' / 'Where to buy' and a 'BEAM Certified Pro' locator; no direct online store. The Amazon listing is sold by a third-party dealer (Twin City Vacuum), not by Beam.
